Lauren is an executive coach and fractional Chief People Officer who wanted a brand that felt nothing like traditional HR. During a Design Day Intensive, we created a bold custom identity using primary colors, a logo inspired by vintage flip clocks, and Walter, a custom illustrated tiger that brought personality and humor into the brand. The result was a distinctive executive-coaching and HR brand that felt sharp, memorable, and far more like her.
