Then, during our kickoff call, we translate that into a clear roadmap for your project. That way, when your project day comes, we’re not guessing we already know exactly what we’re building.

Totally normal. When you book your date, you’ll usually have time before our kickoff call and intensive to get everything pulled together and we’ve got helpful guides in your client portal to keep you on track. We always recommend working with a copywriter for the best results, but we can work with whatever you have and even suggest tweaks to improve flow. If things still feel unfinished by your project date, we can help you prioritize so the intensive runs smoothly or reschedule within your 90-day window if needed.

You’ll get 30 days of support for small tweaks and questions. For bigger changes, add-ons, or fresh design needs, we offer an hourly rate you can book. Past clients have used this for site updates, templates, podcast covers, merch designs, and more.

Yes, as long as you let us know 7 days in advance. You can reschedule your intensive anytime within a 90-day window (life happens, photo shoots get delayed, people get sick—we get it). Last-minute changes may require a rebooking fee since our spots are limited.

We keep it flexible. You can pay in full to reserve your date, or choose a 2- or 3-month in-house payment plan. If you want a longer stretch (6–12 months), we also offer options through PayPal, Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay.
